Contact Us

At Guiding SEND Families, I provide SEND advocacy, EHCP support, and parent & young person mentoring. I work with families to understand their situation in detail so I can offer the right support from the start.

To get started, please complete the enquiry form below.

Initial Enquiry & Information Form

Thank you for contacting Guiding SEND Families.

Please complete as much information as possible. All information will be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy and used only for the purpose of assessing and providing support.

What Happens Next

Once your form has been submitted:

I review your enquiry in detail

I may contact you for further information if needed

I identify the most suitable support option

I will clearly explain next steps before any support begins

Support options may include advocacy, EHCP support, mentoring, or a combination of services.

Why I Ask for This Information

This form helps me understand your situation so I can provide appropriate and tailored support. Every SEND journey is different, and this ensures I can respond effectively rather than offering generic advice.

It helps me identify:

Your child or young person’s needs

Current education setting and professional involvement

Whether you need EHCP support, advocacy, or mentoring

The urgency and type of support required

Response Times

I aim to respond within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).
During busy periods, responses may take slightly longer, but every enquiry is reviewed.

Support Agreement

If you proceed with mentoring or structured support, a Support Service Agreement will be provided before any work begins.

This will include:

Scope of support

Session or communication structure

Fees and payment terms

Cancellation policy

Confidentiality and safeguarding boundaries

No paid support begins without your agreement.

Important Information

I am not an emergency service.

If you require urgent assistance, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services.
